Brain/MINDS-RIKEN Data

This is a collaborative effort aimed at creating an integrated resource containing knowledge about nervous system architecture in multiple species including the marmoset and human. The project was originally initiated by Dr. Hideyuki Okano and Dr. Partha Mitra on Brain-Mapping Projects Using the Common Marmoset.

Monash-CSHL Brain Data

A systematic, publicly available digital repository for data on the connections between different cortical areas, in a primate species. The material included in the initial release of the Marmoset (Callithrix jacchus) Brain Connectivity Atlas is based on the use of fluorescent retrograde tracers.
